Brian is extremely calm, knowledgeable, competent honest and comforting. He will take a moment to answer any and all questions. He has the patience of a saint. He has a superb memory and helps others to comprehend their own medications and medical condition. Following a severe injury, I suffered a dislocated ankle, broken fibula, shredded tendons, 3 fractures in my foot and a break in my tibia. I received 9 screws, a plate vertically supporting my fibula and 32 staples. During my stay, he was prompt and courteous. The eve of my discharge I felt what I thought was a shift of the screws. Hitting my call light in tears and panic, Brian came in and remained calm and professional. He calmed me down in the simplest way and proceeded to investigate the issue. He discovered that my splint had slipped and was pushing my ankle. He covered it with soft material. His professionalism, knowledge and calm nature is how patients heal.

We were very pleased with the care my husband received from Brian. Brian was good in that he got my husband food when he asked for it and explained everything. My husband was comfortable during his stay and we were lucky we had Brian as our nurse.

Brian was my night nurse 3 nights in a row and he took excellent care of me. He is a very professional, caring nurse. During the night, he checked in several times to see if I needed any help.
