The care I received during my stay in the ED was tremendous, and one of my nurses, Brian, really stood out. He was courteous, kind, attentive to my needs, and went out of his way to come back and check on me later in my stay. He really impressed me. He is a special person and deserves to be recognized for the exceptional work he does.
