He works diligently and treats his patients with care, and it shows that his love for nursing is there. My grandma, who does not speak English, has grown very fond of him and tells us how appreciative she is of his care.
A patient's family wrote, "Brian is very genuinely attentive and friendly. He never was bothered by our requests, even if they seemed silly in the moment. He addressed every concern and made my grandma feel comfortable and safe. He assured her he would be with her every step until she was better and was able to go home, and I think that is comforting for her. She is very grateful to him, as are we, her family."

Another added, "My 80-year-old mom has been in the ICU for a week. Nurse Brian has gone above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable. He has been very helpful, considerate, and understanding with her and her needs. And since she doesn't speak English, he always looks for someone to help with the translations to make sure she understands what is going on, and also to make sure he understands what she needs. I am very grateful my mom is under his care."

And yet another family member wrote, "My grandma has been at Riverside Community Hospital for about a week as she had invasive surgery. The care that Brian has given her and the empathy he has shown is outstanding. He works diligently and treats his patients with care, and it shows that his love for nursing is there. My grandma, who does not speak English, has grown very fond of him and tells us how appreciative she is of his care. She is a very proud woman, and it’s hard for her to receive care from a man, but the way he does it makes her comfortable. Brian goes over and beyond regular nurse duties and shows that he cares for his patients. He is very tentative with her and treats her with respect."
