Brian was so helpful and compassionate at the time of my son being sick. He reached out to the appropriate team and people involved in my son's care. He followed up during our time of distress. He definitely went above and beyond for us and was exceptional in the time of need. He was professional and compassionate and caring. He didn't just act as a clinical operations manager but as a nurse and a friend. I want to make sure he's recognized for his dedication to staff satisfaction patient that is faction and quality care.
