Briana is an excellent nurse; she is very thorough and efficient. What stuck out to me about Briana, however, is her wonderful manner. Briana made me feel at ease, respected, dignified, and she made me smile.
I'm on vacation from New Zealand and it's been daunting being unwell in a foreign country so far from family. In a professionalway,Briana immediately felt like a friend. I felt that I could trust her and depend on her straight away which put me at ease.
