Briana goes above-and-beyond the standard job requirements in making sure all of her 2 East residents are comfortable and happy in their home. Briana does the same for her peers. She has built a tremendous amount of trust in her staff and residents. There is not a day that goes by that she is not demonstrating an abundance of compassion to every resident. Briana has not only made a positive impact on the residents, but also her peers, as a leader and an exceptional role model. She is team-oriented, professional and dependable.
