After a watchman was installed she was my nurse. She was so very kind, full of encouragement, and oh so helpful! After she removed the catheter she told me I needed to be able to void on my own by 1030pm. She gave me water, and ginger ale and asked me to drink them so I could go. My daughter said I’d fall right back to sleep and not drink it all. This went on until she left at 7 pm. Briana kept asking me to try, all to no avail. The time came and after one final try, she had an ultrasound done on my bladder. It did not have much urine in it. She gave me more to drink and said, “please, please drink all of this”. I did and in about 30 minutes finally went to the bathroom. I immediately thanked God out loud, to which she replied, “I prayed for you” and then had a great conversation. I am so grateful to God that she was my nurse and worked hard as I did and God rewarded us both with results. She is so qualified, not only for her skill and knowledge but for the professionalism, kindliness, patience, and compassion she shows patients. She is a great asset to your staff at Rex on 6 HV.
