I found out I lost my baby. The next day is when Briana Love requested to be my nurse. She showed extreme compassion and empathy. She held my hand every step of the way. She catered and waited on my every need. She went above and beyond and called my chain of command to make sure I got what I needed. She also took it upon herself to call the mental health department on my behalf to have a consultation set up. She also made arrangements to have the photographer come after I delivered. She talked me through tears and educated me on every procedure. She is an exceptional human being with a heart of gold.
