My husband and I can’t say enough great things about Bri. My husband had a freak accident that resulted in needing a semi emergent surgery. With an already busy schedule on our end and the department's end, Bri went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs to get the surgery done all while working around our scheduling roadblocks. She made my husband feel like his needs were heard and met. The day after surgery when my husband was having increased pain and discomfort, she got us into the clinic immediately to address the issue and even met us in the lobby herself. Bri also did not hesitate when we needed one of the post-op appointments adjusted due to a scheduling conflict, even though last minute she did what she could and made sure to get him in when it worked best for him. Bri showed us empathy, kindness, and genuine care. It is obvious to us that Bri exemplifies what a Nurse is and that she takes her title as Nurse very seriously. A million thank yous to Bri!
