Briana Ricciardi, BSN, RN

Briana Ricciardi was more than we could have ever asked for in our daughter's labor and delivery. Briana could see just how afraid and uncertain they were, and she worked miracles in turning that fear into certainty and empowerment. Briana uplifted them, coached them, comforted everyone, and made these young parents feel completely at ease and fully in control. She truly listened and got to know the family and story enough to create a little inside joke that none of us will forget, as it played into the date of birth of our little man. Briana was truly a positive force that we certainly will not forget.
