Briana takes the time to really listen to our concerns & issues. The shower head was broken – maintenance came and fixed it. The bed desk was broken – she found a different one. I had to go to the ER due to my back pain. My husband was her patient. She calls me with updates a few times graciously – no one ever did that! She is busy but takes the time. This meant the world to me! She explains everything in simple terms on what is going on. She reassures us when worried or upset. She relates to our feelings. She is very patient – kind – attentive – observant. Can tell this is more than a job for her it is truly what/who she is – a compassionate, wonderful nurse! She is always smiling. Very positive upbeat ray of sunshine. She is smart and knowledgeable. Confident. We really were sent an angel to look over us during this challenging time.
