I can't remember the last time I've been this deeply moved by Brianna Creter's true devotion and compassion she demonstrated to her patients and guests. You truly are blessed with the entire staff. Every one of them is worthy to mention including security and admissions.
Brianna stood out of the crowd with her total compassion for the care and helping patients physically and emotionally in the very uncertain and trying times. Not only for patients and families but for themselves. I watched a confused COVID patient that was elderly, constantly kicking and pinching and hurt all staff that came in to contact with him. Brianna never caused the patient any harm back. She told him he was hurting her in a calm and nice voice. He would communicate back with her the best he could. He seemed to respond back to her kindness and compassion.
When we first came to do the prisoner watch, L seemed to be in very serious condition. I didn't think he was going to win this fight. The extra attention from your staff was helping his recovery. Brianna's extra time she spent talking to him and gently rubbing his arm seemed to aide his healing and make him feel like he was not alone in his time of need. She fed him food as though he was her own family member. When you can't have loved ones by your side to help the healing process with a truly loving, caring, and compassionate nurse such as Brianna. I am deeply moved by her and I am compelled to let you know how blessed you are to have her on your staff. She is truly amazing!
L is improving every day and he has your staff to thank for it. Love and care heals and is a great credit to Brianna's case. If I wasn't here for this detail and placed in the same room with L, no one would be able to observe the miracles that she demonstrates. Whatever you do, don't lose this one. Brianna, you go girl! You have not gone unnoticed.
