Brianna Denney, RN

Brianna was my point of contact for a recent pacemaker change. Although this was my fifth implant, this was the first time I needed to travel out of state … twice … for pre-surgery tests and for the procedure itself. Brianna’s help with the visits was invaluable. After she informed me of the dates & times I needed to be in West Roxbury, she arraigned for lodging and made sure I understood the transportation services available. Always responding to phone calls in a timely manner, she patiently responded to all my questions and helped me acquire my post-surgery travel limitations from the surgeon. The net result of all her help was that instead of traveling 100 miles, being concerned about where to go, when, and how to get there, all I had to do was arrive at the date, time, and place Brianna had given me, and the rest proceeded like clockwork. I can’t over-emphasize how much Brianna’s help made the entire experience a “no-stress” event. Her effort reflects credit upon herself, her profession, and the West Roxbury VA Medical Center.
