This nurse took me under her wing when I was admitted with metabolic encephalopathy. She was compassionate, taking time to listen to my concerns and needs and making my needs her priority. She took my complaints seriously and followed up with the MD on each concern. I was terrified when I was admitted to ARU in Towanda, but this nurse ensured I would be safe and exceptionally cared for. She was absolutely correct, as I had no negative interactions during my stay. I truly thank her for being such a compassionate and loving RN- keep up the exceptional work!
