Brianna Golomski, BSN, RN

I would like to nominate, Brianna Golomski, BSN, for the DAISY Award for her commitment to providing excellent leadership, on what I think is the most challenging unit in the hospital, especially since it's ongoing care of COVID-19 patients. While Brianna is fairly new in the charge positions, she has shown compassion, and patience with our patients as well as her teams. No task is beneath her; Brianna has even taken time to sit with one of my confused patients, so that the nurse may continue with medication administration. I could not have done it without her. Brianna is always concerned about her team, is always engaging with the team to ensure success. She is always positive, and encouraging. She follows safety and ensures that her team does as well. I know if Brianna is charge, she has our back - I appreciate you, Bri!
