Brianna and Katie Holloway were both caring for a patient who was staying in the Observation Unit and was concerned about getting discharged in time to get to her daughter's graduation ceremony. They both made sure the patient was ready and helped move along the discharge process, so the patient was able to make it to her daughter's graduation. She even arrived early.
