Brianna is an educator for the Family Birthing Center at Midstate and, from day one, has identified several educational opportunities for her staff and worked to develop monthly training topics as well as several other educational opportunities.

LDRP nurses are expected to be experts in not only labor, delivery, and postpartum care but also the OR, triage, nursery, and more.

Brianna has been an incredible role model to her staff and has endlessly advocated for them and the unit. Her dedication to her role as an educator is evident, and she goes above and beyond what is expected of her.

I feel so lucky to have called her my coworker and am so fortunate to have learned from and with her.
