My 4-week-old preemie was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot. He was admitted to the ICU monitoring and then transferred to the CCU. This diagnosis coupled with the stress from COVID-19 had me a nervous wreck. Brianna was so patient and answered my many questions. She was very honest and encouraging and definitely put me at peace. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and included. I have no doubt she gave us the same care she would give her own family. We are so appreciative.
