My 79-year-old cousin was brought to Passavant ER in extreme pain with a dislocated shoulder for several days. Being a nonverbal stroke patient all her life, the care and compassion with gentle care overwhelmed me. I always knew the actions experienced in the hospital visit needed to be recognized as outstanding by the entire staff that day at Passavant ER. Everyone worked as a team to give the best possible care while adding a compassionate individual personal touch.
