Brianna works tirelessly in support of her team on 8SW. She is available to all her staff either in person or by phone. Brianna is out at her unit desk whenever available, knows her staff well, and knows all the patients as well. She has her finger on the pulse of the unit and is proactive in dealing with anything that comes up throughout the day, no matter the day of the week or the hour of the day. She is a great resource for her team for anything that comes up and has been instrumental in the changeover, getting her team ready for everything that has come our way so far. When we were without a charge on the unit, Brianna worked her job from the 'charge chair' to be instantly available for staff, providers, patients, and families. Brianna exemplifies everything to represent the FOCUS intentionality of UnityPoint Health.
