From the start to the end of her shift, Brianna exhibited outstanding concern and caring compassion. She was so positive and always smiling. She is truly the best of the best in the ICU. She made us feel as if we were her personal case although we knew she had other patients. As a service provider she is a superstar and most deserving of special recognition.
