Brianne always comes to work with a huge and gracious heart. She takes excellent care of her patients above and beyond what is expected. She not only takes above and beyond care of her patients but also her coworkers.

She had a special patient she kept thinking of when she left work. I was on call and here late with the patient. Brianne called the Outpatient Unit and wanted to know what this patient wanted to eat. The patient had told her she was starving and had been here all day with no food. This patient had a rough day and her surgery plans did not go according to plan. Brianne ended up bringing this patient dinner. This patient was overjoyed at the sight of Brianne let alone the dinner. In addition to making this patient's day, she also made my day. I am a newer nurse here at Horizon Health and was having difficulty getting things ironed out for my patient who so desperately wanted to go home. Brianne didn't have to stay and help me but she did happily, she is a true DAISY.
