Bridget Brown is exceptional in building relationships with patients who have Chronic Kidney Disease.  The care she provides allows patients to feel that their illness is going to be manageable. 
Bridget works tirelessly in the North and educates people who have been diagnosed with kidney disease.  Bridget’s empathy and diligence builds strong rapport with her patients.  Bridget provides information around the options available for people including home therapies, dialysis, how to preserve remaining kidney health, and other relevant information. 
Bridget has been instrumental within the Renal Supportive Care Clinic which is the clinic to support people who decide not to embark on dialysis.  Bridget provides the care and opportunity for people to explore their options and plan for the future, knowing that they can decide what is best for their wellbeing.  The skill required to ensure that patients feel that they have agency in decisions that affect their treatment is one that is built on a trusting relationship.  Bridget brings empathy, warmth and professionalism to her work.
