I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding job done by the staff at Parkwest Hospital, especially Bridget. I am not from the area, and when my wife had a difficult manic episode while visiting family in Maryville, I was faced with a challenging situation.

Bridget was instrumental in making our ER visit more manageable. Her understanding, compassion, and respect towards my wife during her crisis were truly exceptional. It is an understatement to say that Bridget’s approach stood out.

After the initial chaos, Bridget turned her attention to me, providing clear and professional communication about the next steps and encouraging me to reach out with any questions. My wife is an RN in our hometown, and I am certain she will also commend Bridget and the entire staff at Parkwest Hospital for the remarkable care they provided.

I cannot express enough gratitude for treating us like family and making this challenging experience as painless as possible. Thank you for your outstanding work.
