Bridget started coming to our unit when we didn’t have enough staff. With little orientation, but a big heart she stepped into our world of floor nursing. She was always positive with the staff and our patients. Her help didn’t go unnoticed by any of us. She has become a part of the 5 S Family. Not only was Bridget supporting our staff but she also advocated for our patients. When the patients under her care needed extra assistance for discharge, Bridget made sure they had the support they needed at discharge. She is the best this floor could ever ask for and we hope she knows that we appreciate her.
