Bridget George sets a new standard for human compassion in her everyday encounters with patients. She has been instrumental in improving patient self-image by advocating for improved grooming including unit haircuts. She is supportive of her staff and addresses issues promptly, and professionally. Bridget approaches each situation with kindness and compassion. I am grateful for her dedication to our patients, unit, and staff. Thank you for accepting this nomination Bridget always collaborates with her team to provide quality patient care in the hospital. 

She is mindful of the staff and patients and always goes above and beyond in her work - a true leader. Bridget addresses patients' family concerns in the treatment of their family in a timely manner. She also brought haircuts back to the unit. She comes and helps staff out on the unit when she is needed. Bridget is always on the unit to make sure we are all safe. She is very understanding. She will forfeit her break to cover the break for staff. She takes care of the patients at heart. She loves to work and facilitates everything to be in order.
