My mom was admitted. When I was contacted, I was basically told she may not survive the hospital stay. I left work, and when I went to your facility, I was met by Bridget in the ICU. She knew how dire my mom's situation was, and she let me cry and took the time to listen to me. This nurse went above and beyond her duty in making sure I knew what was going on - step by step - and always took the time to answer my questions. The medical field needs more Bridgets in its profession!
