My sister had surgery, and Bridget was her nurse on the Med-Surg floor while she was inpatient. From the moment Bridget entered the room, you could tell she genuinely cared about her patient. She was kind and considerate, and she listened to my sister while making direct eye contact. She repeated what my sister told her (i.e., pain level, nausea, overall well-being), which displayed a genuine connection between nurse and patient. Bridget has excellent bedside manners. She was kind, spoke clearly, and explained everything in great detail. She is to be commended on her ability to care for her patients and give them her undivided attention while also teaching/training other nurses.
