On Monday my husband and I met an angel. Her name is Bridgett Daly. It was a day filled with stress and anxiety as we awaited the outcome of his lengthy surgery. When we arrived at 4 East Bridgett put us at ease immediately. Over the next few days and hours, her actions showed us how much she cared, not only for my husband but for anyone that she had contact with.
No question or concern was too trite for her to answer. She shared hints for an easier, better and speedy recovery. While all of the staff were very competent and helpful, Bridgett went the "extra mile." She moves and acts with great efficiency yet takes the time to care.
She was a true blessing to our family in a time of crisis. We were impressed with her knowledge, skill and true kindness. She is a treasure and LGH is very fortunate to have her as part of your team.
