Bridgett is a transformational leader who consistently looks for ways to help grow and develop her staff so they can provide optimal patient care and fulfill their career dreams.
Some of my most rewarding nursing career moments have been spent with Bridgett, elbows deep in one improvement project or another. I'm so proud to not only call Bridgett my co-worker but, more importantly, my dear friend.
