After a year of being out of the VA system, I was left without a provider due to providers leaving. I was somehow dropped from the system and was no longer active at VCB. Nurse Hott saw my dilemma and took immediate action, providing me with valuable information and personally going out of her way to ensure I was back in the system. She also ensured that I was seen by a doctor. I am now back in the system and have scheduled critical appointments for my health (eg. colonoscopy) thanks to Ms. Hott's individual care, compassion, and guidance. She is every inch an Extraordinary Nurse.
