Ms. Bridgette didn’t just hear our needs, but she truly listened to understand. She took the initiative to take care of my uncle, who was the patient, in ways I had not yet seen. She exemplified deep empathy. Although she was busy, she took the time to just make a profound human connection. Her caring spirit was shown through listening attentively. Her dedication went above and beyond administering medication; it involved a genuine commitment to improving the overall well-being of those in her care, showcasing the qualities of a nurse who cares for others without being disgruntled or complaining.
