Ms. Brigitt, you held my hand. My first day nurse, once I got my room placement. My first day after my accident. I saw your face, I cried, I cried so hard because I wasn’t sure how my first hospital stay would go. Brigitt you gave me comfort and always displayed concern. When I was in pain or any changes were done with my chart you were patient and kind enough to explain them to me. Everyone will not understand, but for my first nurse to look like me gave me ease. I appreciate that there is representation. Ms. Brigitt I appreciate you! Ms. Brigitt was personable my first time at a hospital, you made it all right! My mom thanks you, I thank you.
