Brikela M Bishaj, RN

Brikela Bishaj was my first introduction to TUH-Jeanes Campus, and she is amazing! She handled everything with stunning management, coordination, efficiency, and, most of all, care! She didn’t want me to think for one second that her coworkers were anything but loved and family. Brikela was warm and caring. She took the time to make sure I was informed about my care plan and brightened the gloom of being in a hospital. The same warmth and care Brikela showed for me, she showed to her coworkers. The nurses and nursing assistants at Jeanes gave me medicine to heal my body but also to help my spirit and soul by going out of their way to get to know me. Brikela was an advocate for me, and at times, when she walked out of the room, I was so moved I cried. Thank you!
