Bristol Seymour had a patient that was scheduled to be in our hospital for two weeks. The patient had already received his first dose of the COVID vaccine and was overdue for his second. Bristol was aware that we were holding vaccine clinics so she inquired about how we could get this patient his second dose. She followed up with me until I had an answer for her, even though the patient was no longer under her care. Bristol did a great job looking at the patient's care as a whole to identify his needs rather than only focusing on his acute needs.
