When we received the devastating news that our daddy (and granddaddy) was going to palliative care and that there was nothing else that they could do, it was the most heart-wrenching moment our family had to go through.

Britney came to my daddy's room with such compassion and made sure that we felt the love that she has for her job. She was very informative on what to expect, but in such a caring way that we didn't feel like we were in a hospital. She made us feel like she was part of the family and made sure Daddy was comfortable the entire time.

I strongly feel that she is a major asset to your organization. She made sure that she took care of our loved one with so much compassion and grace.
