Britni was extraordinary in that she was always pleasant to all of us in the room. She was attentive and concerned about my sister's comfort. If she had a question, she was professional in all her responses.
She was personable and sweet to ask about family life and our Thanksgiving plans.
She never once entered the room without sanitizing her hands. Not one response was curt or rude. If anyone needs a great nurse, ask for Britni Riffe.
