Brittani has done an amazing job of caring for our son. She always asks us if we need anything when she comes in our room. When there have been complaints, she listens and tells us who to contact or she contacts someone to address the issue. She provided us with bleach wipes when our son got Norovirus and let us know what other steps we could take to keep him healthy during his stay.
She was very understanding that our son is active and playful. She played and engaged with him every time she came into his room. What I really want to praise Brittani for is talking to our son despite his speech delay. She treated him like any other person, talking to him like she would a person without a speech delay.
She always follows up on orders and makes sure that all orders were completed. She made sure to let the doctors know if there were any changes. Her care and compassion can't be expressed in enough words.
