During my time as a patient, I was going through a very difficult time. I have PNES, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, and Neuropathy. This was a very vulnerable time. Also dealing with grief. Without knowing my full story, Brittany approached me with patience, kindness, and genuine understanding.

She did not treat me as just another patient, she treated me as a person who mattered. What stood out to me most is how Brittany balances professionalism with heartfelt compassion. She always came focused, ready and capable for what was waiting for her when she began her rounds. Always knowing her responsibilities, yet she never lost her human touch.

She listened without judgement and showed empathy in ways that cannot be taught, only lived. Brittany didn’t just come to this floor to do a job. Brittany came to make a difference. Her dedication is clear in the way she carries out her responsibilities with confidence, skill, and heart. The cross she wears is more than jewelry. It reflects the compassion, faith, and resilience she carries with her every day.
