Brittany Best, BSN, RN

We had a patient come into the ED in respiratory distress after his trach was accidentally pulled out. Brittany responded very quickly as the situation became very critical. Brittany remained calm, directed staff, delegated appropriately, and was always a step ahead of the situation and what the ERP needed. Brittany is a true leader and a phenomenal nurse/charge nurse. I am confident that whatever comes through the doors of the ED will be handled with the highest level of care, compassion, and safety when Brittany is present. She is a true asset to OSF and the Emergency Room.
