As a family member, I had the privilege of experiencing Brittany's extraordinary care and compassion firsthand during a challenging time. Brittany went above and beyond when my dad was feeling nervous and overwhelmed. She demonstrated exceptional kindness and expertise by comforting him in his distress, taking extra time to explain procedures, and ensuring he felt safe and well cared for. When my family and I were anxious about his intubation, Brittany sat with us, listened patiently, and reassured us with her calm and caring demeanor. In addition to her compassion, Brittany did an outstanding job advocating for my dad and making sure he received the care he needed. She took the time to connect with him on a personal yet professional level, which helped him feel more comfortable despite his critical condition.
