Brittany Cooley, RN

My mom was in ICU facing death. As a family we had many decisions to make. Brittany took time to listen and was very understanding with our entire family. She took time to make a heart with my mom’s fingerprints on her heart rhythm for the grandkids. She has been very thorough in explaining hard decisions that we had to make regarding hospice. If she heard the family talking about something she stepped in to help without us asking. For example, my dad was thirsty and she went out to get him a coke. Her overall demeanor is compassionate but confident. She is an excellent nurse.
