Our daughter fell and injured her arm. We went to walk in first, but due to the severity of the injury we had to go to the ER. Being a Holiday, the ER was busy, and you could tell how hard the staff was working. I would like to give special recognition to our daughter's nurse, Brittany. Being a nurse myself I know what a crazy shift can look and feel like, but you would have never known it from Brittany. Not only was she calm, cool and collected, she was kind, caring, and compassionate. She took the time to tell our daughter everything she was going to do, and she answered (the many) questions our daughter had. I trusted her 100% with our daughter's care, and we appreciated it so much. This was the first time in the ER with either of our children and we cannot thank all the staff enough for taking care of our daughter and being there on a holiday!
