My mother was hospitalized for a broken femur which required a rod to be placed surgically. She is elderly with short-term memory and hearing issues. Brittany always took time to explain each process to my mom and to respect her wishes for more time and extra care when she had to be moved.
Brittany always enters the room with a smile, asking not only about my mom but also checking on me and my Dad. This was and is a very stressful time for my Mom and Dad, and Brittany went out of her way to make it as easy as possible. She also was there to help the CNAs when needed and never thought any request, even ice chips, was a problem for her, always cheerfully helping. She is a great asset to Banner Baywood and the nursing profession!

Brittany was so thoughtful, always checking on us. She knew I loved dogs and made sure when the comfort dogs were around to send them in! She also made sure my mom's comfort was the number one priority.
