The way she worked with and talked to my mom, she fulfilled all her needs. I was so happy and proud that this special nurse helped my mom through a very scary event, and for my mom, it was just being in the hospital. I loved how she had my mom use her strength to hold the bar. She had my mom smiling through her mask and laughing. Her words were said with such effectiveness and confidence. Everyone in the room (10 or so) enjoyed watching Brittany work with my mom! Brittany's strength and knowledge were so inspiring for all of us. This gave us great faith in my mom's end of life care. I know she will be an incredible asset to the Highland Hospital. Our family truly feels blessed to be here!
