Brittany was amazing. She was with our 7-week-old baby boy for the first few days he was at the PICU. Her bedside manner was impeccable she had a calming demeanor during a time we did not feel calm, which was a wonderful thing for us to be able to feel. She explained every step of what was happening with our son in a manner that both my husband and I understood and we were comforted. She never made us feel we were in the way and we could tell she truly cared about our son’s wellbeing and ours. We bonded over photos and stories during times of waiting and were even able to laugh, tease, and joke during a time of great stress. What an amazing nurse and woman she is you guys are lucky to have her and we feel our son was very lucky to have her!
