...I am so impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, care, and willingness of Brittany to go above and beyond her duties. She made me smile while in pain, was honest, yet encouraging of my prognosis, and was one of the most respectful, nice, cheerful and overall friendly persons I have encountered. Brittany listened to me about how limiting my IV was because of it's placement and she took the time to change a perfectly functioning IV so that I could go about reading and using my right hand without the machine beeping. It may seem like a little thing but it is huge to a patient! Thank you for taking the time and for caring about my comfort.
