Being a supervisor myself, I consider many things and watch not only the care of my mom but the care of others, being a team player, etc. before I’m willing to nominate anyone. Down through myself, my mom, and my sister have all been patients at one time or another in this facility and though we’ve had some good nurses, none exemplify the ethics and morals, values, and care that Brittany does each day. Anyone, whether a co-worker or patient does better with her care. She’s one I’d do anything to appreciate and keep. She’s a hard worker, never complains, is always positive, and goes above and beyond. She exemplifies everything a nurse should be and then some. In any way, she can help one feel more comfortable and supported. A coworker or patient needs, regardless of her hectic schedule she’ll do cheerfully, and quickly without complaints. I’ve never seen a nurse that’s such an asset to coworkers, and patients and truly an asset to this facility. I hope that she’s proud of the great work and positive differences that she helps make daily in each and every life she touches because I know from experience and observation just what a difference her care and help do/has made. Does she know?

In closing I will say that I wish your facility had many more such as Brittany, our hospital stays would definitely be a more positive and healing experience and this facility would be in high demand everywhere. She was a blessing in our lives and like an angel in disguise in helping us deal with issues important both for the doctor to be made aware of and with short staffing. She greatly impacted mom's care and progress making us feel being ok and comfortable with her staying here as a patient. We are more grateful to her than words can express and appreciate, more than she will ever know the kind, considerate, unselfish, caring heart, she posses and even fewer are unwilling to give so much of themselves. We have been truly blessed to have had her in our lives. I know others will also reap the blessing we have as she continues to bless as on, she can.
