There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for all that Brittney does for NOCO. Her relentless dedication to each department, staff member, and all the patients that enter our doors is like none other.
Brittney advocates for staffing needs and has the profound ability to think " outside the box' to tackle any obstacle in her way. Her willingness to jump in when needed allows her whole team to feel supported by her. On another note, she is just a joy to be around. There is never a time when she is not our biggest cheerleader for each individual.
She has the ability to support and manage you all the while keeping you accountable. She is truly one of a kind and is what a true lead looks like. NOCO is blessed to have her leading, guiding, and supporting our facilities.
