Brittany Fraizer, RN

As a charge nurse, she leads by example, goes above and beyond on client care, and always encourages employees to do the same. Recently there have been clients with extremely high needs that she has been attentive to, followed up and communicated needs to the team, and has been very empathetic. Brittany is confident in her leadership but also asks questions and clarification when needed. She always remains calm and positive.
